Remember that mental ill-health is not your fault. It’s nothing to be ashamed of and it certainly isn’t a sign of weakness. Talking about how you are feeling and reaching out for help is a brave step.

- Mind are a mental health charity who have an online tool you can work through to help find the most suitable option for current condition.
- If you are a young person or teenager, PAPYRUS are a charity designed specifically to prevent suicide in young people. They have a help-line on 0800 068 41 41. Please note the help-line is not 24/7.
- For men, the Campaign-Against Living Miserably, CALM offer help via their helpline (0800 58 58 58) and web-chat.
